How to become a realtor in Ontario?

Who can register for this course?

Adults over the age of 18, Ontario residents with PR card, or international graduate student with 3 years’ work permits can register the exam. After passing the five exams, they can register as a real estate agent in Ontario.

Types of Exams:

The five exams are all written exams with multiple choice questions, the strong English reading is required. The five exams must be completed within 18 months. Starting from the first day of your registration. The exam fee is $550-$900 each, and each exam take 3 hours, and 75 points is pass score.

When to register:

After passing the first five exams, you need to join a real estate company to get a license. Fee is around $2500 for the registration fees, including RECO, E&O, TREB, CREA, etc.
